ELM test manager

The Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project (MTP) will require the enhancement of existing systems and the creation of new systems in-line with MTM / PTV strategies. We are currently looking for a Test Manager to join the Systems Integration Team.

 
The Test Manager is responsible for the definition and implementation of the IBM Engineering Lifecyle Management (ELM) framework across the work package. They will have the opportunity to provide a key capability to the Metro Tunnel Project by enabling the testing of a wide range of technologies including the implementation of the ELM Test Management framework.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement process within the Engineering Lifecycle Management Tool suite
  • Support users and provide expert advice with regards to the tool use
  • Lead the ELM team by allocating and managing tasks and controlling outcome
  • Assists with the production of testing and configuration management artefacts

 

About You

  • Engineering Degree in computer, communication, automation or related.
  • Relevant experience in testing (software) and commissioning large real time systems in railway, defence, aerospace or oil & gas
  • Experience with Systems Engineering practices
  • Experience in multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
  • Previous experience with IBM-Rational Requirement, Test and Defect Management frameworks (DOORS, RTC, RQM) or equivalent
