We are seeking an experienced and people focussed professional to manage the interface between RNA and the Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) business and lead the change management activities required to support the implementation of the RNA scope, ensuring effective management of the risks associated with MTM end-user acceptance. 

As the Operations Integration Manager, you will represent the Metro Tunnel Project (MTP) Operations Team and ensure the effective management of operational engagement and integration activities during the project lifecycles (Requirements, Design, Testing and Commissioning) for the various systems and processes. 

About You

 

You will be a highly effective communicator with proven leadership experience within a live Operations environment and/or a similar background. In addition, you will possess:
•    Experience working with Rail Operating rules and procedures (highly desirable)
•    Knowledge of the operation of Rail Signalling Systems, including CBTC (highly desirable)
•    Ability to develop and write detailed plans and procedures
•    Ability to interpret complex plans and identify risk
•    Experience in the preparation of high-quality reports and position papers 
•    Comprehensive negotiation and persuasion skills coupled with the ability and credibility to influence decisions.
•    Experience at collecting, interpreting and presenting workplace data and information in a meaningful way to support decision-making.
