Teams are scattered throughout our entire network (across Melbourne) and our graduates assist core functions of the business in their duties. Often they will work on small projects that will have a large impact on our business

To be eligible for the Graduate Program you will need to be a recent Engineering Graduate or obtaining at degree at the end of the year. Your course must be acceptable for membership to the Institution of Engineers Australia.

Each year there are two intakes of graduates to commence in January and July with positions advertised in July/August and Feb/March.

What are the key dates?

  • Two year rotational program, beginning in January and concluding in December the following year

 

Who is eligible?

  • Engineering students completing their final year of study, or who have completed their undergraduate or post graduate engineering degree
  • Students who have graduated within 3 years of completing their degree
