ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Planner to join our Bayswater Depot on a 12‑month full‑time max-term contract.

 

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and planning support to the Depot Manager, helping to ensure the effective coordination and day-to-day operations of the fleet and maintenance depot.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Provide administrative and planning support to the Depot Manager to assist with the effective day‑to‑day operation of the depot
  • Support 5S objectives across depot communications, workforce administration and planning, office and site management, purchasing, and safety practices
  • Maintain depot noticeboards, filing systems, and the central document library to ensure information is current and accurate
  • Coordinate and manage depot correspondence, enquiries, and documentation, ensuring timely follow‑up where required
  • Maintain accurate workforce and depot records, including medicals, training, leave, TTSA compliance, licences, and vehicle registers
  • Manage RosterOn, ensuring depot shift patterns are accurately maintained and planned in 3‑month blocks
  • Administer depot assets and property, including keys, uniforms, tools, and equipment, and support audits and safety activities

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • A relevant Business Administration qualification supporting middle to senior management
  • Experience planning and maintaining work schedules or rosters
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment
  • High attention to detail with proven experience maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • A collaborative team member who communicates clearly and works effectively with depot-based and operational teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while supporting operational leaders to meet planning and compliance requirement
