We are currently seeking an experienced Learning and Leadership Lead to join the People and Safety Divisions L&D team.

 

About the role

The Learning & Leadership Lead position exists to build organisational capability by delivering and developing new and existing Learning & Leadership programs. This role includes facilitating and reviewing a range of programs and initiatives in relation to leadership, compliance, capability and career development in line with organisational and individual needs to meet business requirements. The position will lead certain programs of work to deliver on organisation requirements and provide insights into performance of programs.

About the team 

Corporate Services teams at Metro are responsible for providing essential support services that enable the business to function efficiently and effectively. From Safety and People, Marketing and Communication to Finance and Legal, and IT. Our Corporate Services teams work collaboratively to ensure that the business operates smoothly and as one team. 

 

 

About you 

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, Psychology, or a relevant experience.  
  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership and development programs across all organisational levels.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage end-to-end L&OD projects, including scoping, stakeholder engagement, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Expertise in designing blended learning solutions using digital, social, and experiential methods
  • Proficiency with learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, authoring tools).
