  • Office Hours 7.30am – 4.00pm, Mon – Fri Day shift (On-site)

 

 

ABOUT THE TEAM

 

MTMs Registered Training Organisation (RTO) – Metro Academy – currently have an opportunity for an experienced Training Administrator to join our team who work across both our South Kensington and CBD locations. Flexible working arrangements may be offered after on-the-job training is completed and there is confidence in being able to work remotely

 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The Training Administration team provide professional, customer focused administrative support to the Metro Academy team by:

  • Main role – Receptionist duties (triaging our learners into the various onsite trainings each day, assist with learner queries at reception etc)
  • Answering incoming calls and emails, customer (both internal and external) enquiries and troubleshooting
  • Provide administrative services to the Metro Academy training teams to support business functions such as; responding to emails, photocopying, scanning, arranging room bookings etc
  • Checking eligibility of learners to attend our training program using multiple online platforms
  • Daily facility management to ensure that the facility is in good condition for all training programs that day and the next
  • Monitor and maintain consumables and stationary supplies to ensure adequate supplies are available at all time
  • Records management of student records
  • Maintain, and generate reports from various databases to ensure reporting requirements are met including data entry of results and the production of reports in the Learning Management System

 

 

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE ROLE

 

  • Ability to schedule work priorities to ensure deadlines are strictly adhered and met daily
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally & written with all levels of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to work unsupervised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions using set templates and written process without any deviation from processes
