About the role

We are seeking an experience Accounts Payable Administrator to support the Corporate Finance Team. In this role you will ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and paid in accordance with their contractual payments.

Please note this is a fixed-term opportunity for 2 years, based out of our Collins St Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll act as a financial representative across the business to ensure cost integrity across the business districts
  • Support the wider Accounts Payable Officers for suppliers and internal customer queries
  • You’ll ensure all reporting and analysis is completed including assisting with financial audits
  • Assist in preparation and reconciliation of suppliers registers including maintaining supplier reconciliation
  • You’ll build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate presentation of supplier invoices for payment

Qualifications

  • Completion of Year 12 VCE or equivalent
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Accounting (desirable)
  • Experience and understanding of key accounting concepts
  • Familiarity with financial reporting systems, management information systems and computer-based systems
  • Familiarity in the preparation and collation of financial information
  • Exposure to accounting system and SAP Ariba (desirable)
