About the role:
We are currently looking for a dynamic Administration Officer working to work with our Facilities Team within the Infrastructure division. The role is full-time, permanent and will be based out of our E-Gate location in the Docklands.
As our Administration Officer, you will provide administration and service delivery to our Facilities Department in conjunction with support to the Facilities Delivery Manager. You will rely on your stakeholder management skills to exercise diplomacy and develop relationships, ensuring an open style of communication across varying levels of management. You’ll use your strong attention to detail and organisational skills to support the strategy, development, and achievement of the team, ensuring adherence to all internal and external Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support the strategy, development and achievement of the NAA Infrastructure leadership team; adhering to all Statutory, Legislative Standards and all Policies and Procedures

Support management ensuring all Supplier Contract Management processes and policies are adhered to

Develop relationships based on consultation and work-in-partnership with internal and external stakeholders

Manage email correspondence in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring responses are timely and follow-up actions dealt with

Monitor and maintain competency data for the department

Ensure the procurement end to end to process is managed in accordance with the department requirements

Ensure PPE and stationary requirements are managed for the department as well as RosterOn requirements are met within a timely manner

Supporting the achievement of 'business as usual’ key performance indicators
About You:
You're an experienced, organised, and passionate administrator, looking for the next big challenge. You strive to deliver exceptional outcomes, with a best practice approach. To be successful in the role you will require:

Experience in an administrative or coordination support role at Department level

Exposure to service delivery across multiple business areas in a large organisation

Proficiency with all Microsoft applications,

End to end procurement process experience

Experience using Roster On and SAP Ariba (or similar platforms)
