About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Change and Training Specialist to lead the development and delivery of organisational change and training activities, this role will play a critical part in the integration of changes with the new Metro Tunnel. You’ll develop and deliver change management strategies for passenger experience to ensure Metro is meeting it’s contractual obligations with the current Franchise Agreement.
You’ll lead and implement change management plans to ensure that communication, engagement and business readiness activities are completed to encompass organisation impacts and training for Metro Tunnel.
Please note this role is a short term role until November 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training strategies and plans for our frontline staff to prepare for Trial Operations
- You’ll lead the design, development and delivery of competency management systems
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with change strategies across the wider business and project
- Support the end to end change process including the review and assessment of change activities
- You’ll manage the organisation impacts to ensure alignment in job requirements, systems, development of training strategies and materials
Qualifications
- Change Management and training/assessment qualifications and/or certification/accreditation
- Tertiary qualifications/experience in Business Management, Public Relations, Human Centred Design
- Have experience applying the PROSCI ADKAR model
- Strong experience in leading the design and development of blended learning programs (technical/non-technical)
- Experience with Business Process re-engineering concepts and methodologies
- Communicate with influence with a range of different stakeholders across a multi-disciplinary business to support change initiatives
- Ability to lead continuous improvement systems and processes
