  • Create engaging visual content including social media assets, campaign collateral, illustrations, infographics, presentations, signage, wayfinding materials, activations and merchandise.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide creative direction and deliver design outcomes that support strategic and operational objectives.
  • Translate complex information into clear, engaging and accessible visual communications tailored to diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Champion brand excellence by ensuring the consistent application of multiple master style guides, adhering to brand standards, and accessibility requirements.
  • Lead the governance, development and optimisation of the Brand Toolbox digital asset management system, driving effective asset management and user adoption.
  • Develop templates, tools and design resources that build self-service capability, while managing multiple projects and priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, branding expertise and visual storytelling, ideally within a corporate, government or customer-focused environment.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms and other digital channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality design solutions across both print and digital formats.
  • Strong understanding and application of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles, including WCAG requirements.
  • Excellent communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly developed organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
