About the Position

The HR Systems and Reporting Analyst will provide business support and expertise for a number of systems within the People Division, primarily SAP/Success Factors and RosterOn. The position will be a champion and the ‘go to’ for all People related PowerBI reports. This position will ensure a high standard of data quality and integrity and assist with the migration of key HR reporting metrics from a manual EXCEL based approach to a centralised business intelligence tool.

About You

To ensure success in this role you will possess:

• Proven experience with developing PowerBI Reports
• Solid experience with HR systems administration
• Tertiary qualified, ideally in Business or a HR related discipline with a strong HR background
• Prior experience with SAP/Success Factors or other similar Management Tracking Systems
• Proven systems, process and reporting capability
• Analytical experience and curious, open minded and be up to date with current employment and data trends
