About the role

 

Bring your enthusiasm and energy to coordinate different strategic communications collateral and channels, while working in a supportive team environment in this max term contract position covering parental leave until 30 June 2026 (approx. 18 months)

You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to gather articles and submissions for the fortnightly newsletter to all staff, coordinating logistics for key calendar events, and developing your writing skills by drafting internal announcements from Senior Leaders.

 

About you

 

  • Experience working in a similar Coordination position supporting a Communications or Media Team
  • Previous writing and editing skills with the strong attention to detail and the ability to draft compelling content in our tone and voice effectively.
  • Strong experience coordinating large scale events across the organisation
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Experience managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are successfully met
