About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join the Projects SERQA team to provide insights on data to support the Projects Division identifying current and future business trends to support decision making. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvements that are integral for reporting expectations and regulatory obligation for the executive and client.
This is a full time role until November 2025, based out of our Collins Street office.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll support activities associated with the Projects SERQA strategy plan to ensure that portfolio requirements and priorities are accurately reported and met.
- Participate in the delivery of reporting frameworks to deliver accurate data and insights to consolidate information from a range of different sources to help inform business planning and strategic decisions to support with business improvement opportunities.
- Develop status reports based on different portfolio and business requirements to provide project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- You’ll assist in the development of simple data collection applications utilising different platforms including PowerBi, Power Automate and PowerApps.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in statistics, engineering or equivalent
- Experience with PowerBi, Power Automate and PowerApps
- Knowledge of DAX and data modelling, including data relationships and the STAR schema.
- Have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
- Communicate with a range of different stakeholder across the Projects Portfolio
- Ability to distil complex information from various sources.
