We are currently seeking a Requirements Manager to join the Metro Tunnel Project. The Metro Tunnel Project is being delivered in three work packages, with a program level team (RPVP) assisting each package. The three work packages are: Rail Systems Alliance, Rail Infrastructure Alliance and the Tunnels and Stations Public Private Partnership.


This role will sit within the Rail System Alliance Package.

The Role
Reporting into the Systems Engineering Manager, the Requirements Manager will lead a team to perform project requirement management and verification and validation traceability for RSA. They will ensure that all relevant requirements, input and evidence are identified and captured and managed all along the project lifecycle in DOORS by the relevant stakeholders. 



  • Produce the Requirement Management Plan for overall Project scope, complying with customer requirement and BT requirement and process.  Ensure project compliance to the processes in this plan.
  • Manage a team to set-up and handle the collection, identification, characterization and allocation of project requirements within a requirements management system (DOORS)
  • Oversee the changes to the Requirements. 
  • Identifying verification and validation activities and test execution activity;
  • Maintaining validation evidence and outputting traceability matrices as required
  • Managing requirements configuration;
  • Managing the baseline of project requirement;
  • Participate all requirement related customer and internal meetings.


About You

  • Bachelor in Engineering, or similar discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in Requirement Management
  • Experience using DOORS
  • Knowledge of Railway systems is highly desirable
