About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to support with the management of key commercial and contractual activities to support High Capacity Signalling (HCS) and the Alstom Maintenance and Services Agreement (MSA). You’ll play a key role in ensuring all documentation and correspondence within internal and external reporting, contact compliance as well as any claims and variations.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity based out of 700 Collins Street.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll support the commercial mobilisation of Alstom MSA having detailed focus on establishing processes needed for KPI’s and abatement regime
- Support with the commercial management of the Pre MSA contract and the HCS contract
- You’ll interface with exernal and internal stakeholder regarding any operational and commercial matter relating to HCS
- Play a role in commercial negotiations, dispute resolution and contractual claims
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to establish the necessary processes and communication channels to ensure a successful integration of HCS
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related discipline is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in the introduction and management of major change projects, ideally in an operational environment
- Have experience in complex contract and commercial management within a multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to interpret and understand complex Operating Procedures and translate to commercial and financial risks
- You’ll communicate with influence with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to collect, analyse and present workplace data and information
- Have extensive experience in identifying and analysing risks, and make corrective actions
