About the role
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to support the Franchise team to monitor and supervised organised works on site to support the project management on site on a day to day basis. This role ensures the agreed Project scope relevant for site installation is appropriately facilitated to deliver at respective sites
You’ll ensure that all installation activities are planned, accessed, and delivered through the lifecycle of the project, whilst maintaining a Zero Harm culture.
This is a fulltime opportunity, based out of 700 Collins and will require to work out on multi-sites on the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a key interface with contractors and ensure that site is maintained a safe working environment
- Conduct safety briefings, site toolbox meetings to ensure a zero harm culture
- You’ll provide site documentation and ensure that all project records are maintained
- Ensure that all activities on site are aligned with technical and quality contractual requirements
- Undertake routine inspections of the site and identify, and action with the Contractor, any improvements to the site safety
Qualifications
- Technical qualification or relevant industry experience (A Class electrician/technician certificate etc)
- Demonstrated experience supervising installation or maintenance of operational technology, preferably in a utilities or infrastructure environment.
- OH&S and Environmental supervisory level qualifications or relevant industry experience
- Significant experience managing worksite documentation (SWMS/ JSEA’s/work permits etc)
- Experience in construction management
- Experience in interpreting engineering designs and documentation
- Understanding of contract management principles.
