About the Role

As the Talent Programs & Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating and continuously improving enterprise talent processes and programs. You'll work across a broad range of initiatives that support employee development, leadership readiness, and workforce capability

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting succession planning, talent mapping, workforce planning, and internal mobility initiatives. 
  • Coordinating annual performance review and objective-setting processes. 
  • Providing reporting, analytics, insights, and dashboards to inform workforce and talent decisions.
  • Coordinating graduate, trainee, apprentice, internship, and work experience programs. 
  • Supporting employment branding and talent attraction initiatives. 
  • Maintaining talent governance processes, policies, documentation, and compliance activities. 
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and user experience through technology and continuous improvement initiatives. 

 

About You

You are a motivated and organised HR or Talent professional who enjoys working across multiple initiatives and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.

 

You will bring:

  • Experience supporting talent, learning, organisational development, or HR programs. 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Experience producing reports, analysing data, and delivering insights to stakeholders. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to governance and process compliance.
  • Confidence using HR systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. 

 

Experience with workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, Power BI, SuccessFactors, or early careers programs will be highly regarded.
