About the team

 MTMs Registered Training Organisation (RTO) – Metro Academy – currently have an opportunity for an experienced Training Administrator to join our team of 10 who work across both our South Kensington and CBD locations. Flexible working arrangements may be offered after 6-8 weeks of on-the-job training is completed.

About the role

The Training Administration team provide professional, customer focused administrative support to the Metro Academy team by:

 

  • Answering incoming calls and emails, customer (both internal and external) enquiries and troubleshooting
  • Provide administrative services to the Metro Academy team to support business functions such as; responding to emails, photocopying, scanning, arranging room bookings and also ensuring that end of day tasks to ensure that our training facility is kept in good order
  • Monitor and maintain consumables and stationary supplies to ensure adequate supplies are available at all time
  • Records management of student records
  • Maintain, and generate reports from various databases to ensure reporting requirements are met including data entry of results and the production of reports in the Learning Management System

 

What you can bring to the role:

  •  Ability to schedule work priorities to ensure deadlines are strictly adhered to
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally & written with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work unsupervised High level of accuracy and attention to detail
