Metro graduates rotate through the business at our different sites to learn how each area contributes to running a safe and reliable rail passenger focused service. Teams are scattered throughout our entire network (across Melbourne) and our graduates assist core functions of the business in their duties. Often they will work on small projects that will have a large impact on our business

To be eligible for the Graduate Program you will need to be a recent Engineering Graduate or obtaining at degree at the end of the year. Your course must be acceptable for membership to the Institution of Engineers Australia.
Each year there are two intakes of graduates to commence in January and July with positions advertised in July/August and Feb/March.
